In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you will oversee daily operations of a restaurant with 10-45 employees, ensuring delivery on guest satisfaction and driving increased sales, profitability, and employee retention. You will lead the management team across all shifts, managing financial controls, operations, and people development.

This role reports to a District Manager and directly manages Team Members, Shift Coordinators, and Assistant Managers. You will interact with restaurant team members, management, DM’s, customers, field operations team members, and outside vendors, thriving in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability
  • Ability to prioritize and organize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Personable, results-oriented self-starter and go-getter
  • Team contributor and leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Complete all internal certification programs

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) ensuring delivery on guest satisfaction
  • Drive desired restaurant outcomes including increased sales, profitability, and employee retention
  • Lead the restaurant management team and oversee financial controls, operations, people development, and guest service
  • Ensure BKC compliance within the restaurant across all shifts
  • Work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant
  • Directly manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators, and Assistant Managers
  • Collaborate with District Manager, field operations team, and outside vendors
