Requirements

Experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality or food service environment
Ability to manage bakery operations including hiring and training staff
Strong local marketing skills to build community presence
Passion for delivering high-quality, guest-focused products
Attention to detail to ensure consistent cake quality and presentation
Ability to create a positive, engaging team culture
Availability to work standard daytime hours (no late nights)
