Delaware North Australia is recruiting Food & Beverage Attendants and Team Leaders to join our dynamic team at Perth Airport across a range of premium bars, cafés, and restaurants. Requirements

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service within a volume driven venue
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety Certificates
  • Approved Manager’s Card and demonstrated leadership experience for Team Leader roles
  • Barista and Bartender skills highly desirable
  • Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding food and beverage service across a variety of outlets
  • Provide hands-on service, utilising barista and bartending skills across bar and dining environments
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu offerings, confidently make recommendations and accommodate dietary requirements
  • Create a welcoming, engaging and memorable guest experience
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and operational compliance
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure service standards and operational procedures are consistently executed
  • Drive sales through effective upselling and execution of promotional initiatives
