About this role

The General Manager leads the execution of exceptional business standards across guest experience, operations, talent development, and financial performance. This role is responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with all Gaming, Departmental and Company policies while overseeing multiple Wildfire properties.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing gaming operations and maintaining a strong knowledge of all related areas. The General Manager also oversees Sports Book, Food & Beverage, Security, Cage, and Internal Maintenance operations, requiring a broad understanding of diverse hospitality functions.

This leader works closely with department heads and team members to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction. The role demands an extremely organized self-starter who can plan and follow projects through to completion in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management
  • Strong knowledge of all Gaming Operations
  • Basic understanding of Sports Book, Food & Beverage, Security, Cage, and Internal Maintenance operations
  • Extremely organized self-starter with strong leadership skills
  • Ability to plan and follow projects through to completion in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Financial and budgeting experience and proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of exceptional business standards for guest experience, operations, talent development, and financial performance
  • Implement and ensure compliance with all Gaming, Departmental and Company policies
  • Oversee multiple Wildfire properties, coordinating their daily operations
  • Manage and supervise gaming operations, including Sports Book, Food & Beverage, Security, Cage, and Internal Maintenance
  • Develop and mentor team members to achieve performance goals and foster a positive work environment
  • Utilize financial and budgeting expertise to drive property profitability and cost efficiency
  • Plan and follow projects through to completion in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner
  • Multi-task across properties while meeting deadlines and maintaining operational standards
