As Duty Manager, you are the point of contact in our company, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and providing excellent service to our guests. You will coordinate and manage the team, handling complaints and solving operational challenges to maintain a positive working environment.

This role offers supervision and coordination of daily activities, optimizing operational processes for maximum efficiency. You lead the team and work in collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

You naturally have a smile and a customer-friendly appearance
You love interaction with guests
Experience in Hospitality
Does not avoid difficult conversations
Coordinates work and instructions with ease and provides support where necessary
Identifies and reports possible improvements in working methods and procedures
In addition to quality, monitors the well-being of guests and staff
Shifts easily; you prevent and manage operational changes

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth hotel operations
Optimize operational processes for maximum efficiency
Handle guest complaints and solve operational challenges
Lead the team and ensure a higher level of service
Work in collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Coordinate work and instructions with ease, providing support where necessary
Identify and report possible improvements in working methods and procedures, including Standard Operating Procedures
Monitor the well-being of guests and staff, ensuring order and safety in the hotel
