Your daily routine includes cleaning guest rooms according to established procedures, refreshing amenities as needed, and completing deep cleaning projects assigned by management. You anticipate guest needs during interactions and respond promptly to ensure satisfaction.

You collaborate with the housekeeping team by attending department meetings and participating in cross-training initiatives. Maintaining open communication and reporting shift progress ensures seamless operations. The work environment involves interior guest rooms and corridors, with limited outdoor tasks.

Through cross-training and ongoing skill development, you build expertise in hospitality housekeeping standards. This role offers the chance to grow within a supportive team that values attention to detail and service excellence.

Requirements

Minimum one year prior hotel room attendant experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilities
Ability to stand/walk for long periods (minimum 5 consecutive hours) and lift/carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Clean guest rooms in the process set forth by hotel leadership
Refresh all amenities as needed
Complete room deep clean as determined by hotel management
Anticipate and attend to guest needs during interactions
Attend and contribute to department meetings
Participate in cross-training to expand skills
Adhere to all safety and security guidelines, including familiarity with the housekeeping SDS binder
