About this role

We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our Hyatt Place Bozeman Yellowstone Airport Hotel, a property blending modern amenities with classic Montana charm. This 130-room hotel features plush bedding, free Wi-Fi, 55-inch TVs, a fitness center, and outdoor seating areas, with easy access to hiking trails, fishing spots, and downtown Belgrade.

As a Concord leader, you will inspire greatness in your team, encouraging and supporting members to reach their full potential while creating a Great Place to Work for all. You will lead with integrity, transparency, respect, and professionalism, caring for your team and their families as you drive outstanding financial results and guest satisfaction.

You will be the liaison with the hotel brand, our owners, and Concord, facilitating successful business operations through brand training, operational deadlines, and budget adherence. As the face of this upscale hotel, you will network with city officials and build strong community relationships.

Requirements

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to create and lead a winning team of passionate hospitality professionals.
  • Effective in hiring, mentoring, and leading a team toward outstanding results.
  • Strong sales background and established networking skills.
  • Proven ability to drive GSS (Guest Satisfaction Scores).
  • Able to deliver outstanding financial results and skilled at Revenue Management.
  • Opening experience desirable.
  • Prior General Manager experience required; Hyatt experience preferred.
