At TheFork, the leading European restaurant booking platform and part of the Tripadvisor Group, we believe the best moments happen around the table. As Sales Operations Manager, you will partner with Sales Leadership and Country Leadership to drive sales performance and operational efficiency.
Your day-to-day involves leading weekly and monthly sales routines, coordinating forecasting and target tracking, and maintaining KPI dashboards. You will analyze pipeline health and sales productivity to generate insights that support decision-making, while also optimizing Salesforce governance and tool adoption.
You will act as a trusted partner to the Country Leadership team, ensuring visibility on key priorities and coordinating execution across stakeholders. This highly visible role offers strong exposure to local and regional leadership, fostering a collaborative and impact-driven culture where respect, ownership, growth, and better together thrive.
As part of a leading restaurant technology company, you will have the opportunity to shape sales processes and leverage AI and automation to drive efficiency. Your work will directly impact the success of the sales organization and help champion restaurant culture across France and Belgium.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of sales processes, performance management, and forecasting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales tool management
- Experience designing and implementing sales compensation plans and incentive programs
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Fluency in English and French for the France and Belgium market
Responsibilities
- Lead and animate weekly and monthly sales routines and performance discussions
- Coordinate forecasting, target tracking, and business reviews
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and KPI frameworks
- Analyze pipeline health, sales productivity, and sales performance to provide insights and recommendations
- Support compensation plan execution and monitor plan effectiveness in partnership with Central teams
- Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, leveraging AI and automation to streamline workflows
- Optimize Salesforce governance and sales tool adoption to increase productivity
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives impacting sales performance and ensure alignment across stakeholders
