As the first Moxy hotel in Northern New England, this is a chance to welcome guests steps from Thompson’s Point’s concerts, events, and dining. Step into leadership as a friendly, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor.

You’ll be the bridge between leadership and the housekeeping team, coaching, motivating, and setting the standard for excellence. Lead your team to maintain quality, drive performance, and support success every day. Ensure every guest walks into a space that feels clean, comfortable, and exceptional.

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or related experience (hotel experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a team-first mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfort learning new systems and using property management software
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Bilingual skills and brand experience are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure top-tier cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
  • Lead, coach, and motivate housekeeping associates to perform at their best
  • Organize daily assignments and balance staffing with occupancy needs
  • Support the Executive Housekeeper and hotel leadership team
  • Monitor productivity and conduct self-audits to continuously improve performance
  • Prioritize room assignments, including VIP arrivals and early check-ins
  • Verify room status and ensure accuracy between reports and actual conditions
  • Provide hands-on support to the team, including stepping in to assist when needed
