About this role

Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced Duty Manager to join the team on a full time and permanent basis on site at the Harry Potter Studio, WD25 7LP. This role is 5/7 so flexibility on evenings and weekends is required.

Continually driving customer service standards, you will support all service aspects of the Studio Tour, Hospitality and Events. You will lead, coach, develop and motivate the team to achieve targets, while managing stock control, ordering, rotation, wastage control, and GP, and enforcing food safety and health & safety standards.

You will be part of a very talented and close-knit team at the world-famous Harry Potter Studio. Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
High level of energy, positivity, and resilience with ability to work at pace and high volume
Extensive experience in managing and developing large teams
Excellent time management, highly adaptable, naturally positive
Minimum qualification of Food Safety Level 2 (preferable)
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by 5/7 shift pattern

Responsibilities

Drive customer service standards and resolve issues proactively
Support all service aspects of Studio Tour, Hospitality and Events
Lead, coach, develop and motivate the team to achieve targets
Organise and prioritise tasks, setting clear targets for team leaders
Make confident decisions, provide feedback, and manage performance
Manage Profit and Loss – stock control, ordering, rotation, wastage control, GP
Adhere to and enforce all aspects of Food safety and Health & Safety
