About this role

Together with the Hotel Manager and Operations team, run a smooth hotel operation in Bologna. Oversee all Front of House areas like reception, coworking, and unique food & drink outlets. Deliver the highest level of service that sets TSH apart through exceptional guest experiences.

Coordinate daily operations across teams and departments such as Housekeeping and Engineering. Support management teams hotel-wide while striving for top quality and deep product knowledge. Guide guests to the best local spots for shopping, eating, drinking, or city exploration.

Lead Front of House, Engineering, and kitchen teams in all hotel aspects. Run daily operational meetings, plan rosters for shift coverage, and collaborate with the Connector to build the TSH community. Foster a clean, safe, and inclusive working environment as an inspirational people leader with an open-door policy.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of hotel product offerings and quality standards
  • Ability to guide guests to best local shopping, eating, drinking, and city experiences
  • Experience supporting Front of House, Engineering, and kitchen teams
  • Skills in running operational meetings and roster planning
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and maintain open-door leadership
  • Commitment to highest level of guest service and TSH experience
  • Focus on clean, safe, and inclusive working environments
