Come join the future of hospitality and be the new Community Supervisor of our Glasgow location. You’ll make sure each guest has the best possible TSH-experience. Together with the Front of House Manager, Hotel Manager and community hosts, supervise every aspect of hotel operations.

Provide a flawless welcome and check-in, awesome service in our restaurant and bars, or chat to make stays unforgettable. You’re at the forefront of guest-facing operations as the hotel’s super-skilled connector. Ensure seamless and smooth running beyond old-school hotels.

Requirements

  • Flexible, hands-on, motivated and positive approach
  • At least 1 year of hotel experience or team leading experience
  • Helicopter view to know when and where to best assist the team
  • Love responsibility and handle stressful peak periods like a pro
  • Good communication skills in English with other languages a bonus
  • Hard working, responsible with a “let’s do this!” mentality
  • Build, lead and inspire motivated, happy teams
  • Legally allowed to work in the UK

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and work with front of house staff to assist guests in all needs
  • Provide flawless welcome and check-in plus awesome service in restaurant and bars
  • Know product offerings and cross-sell to guests
  • Handle guest or team questions, complaints and technical issues like a pro
  • Keep overview of all hotel happenings and stay cool in sticky situations
  • Share TSH-wisdom and assist team members with questions
  • Connect as internal TSH networker with guest community to meet their needs
  • Spread smiles, good vibes and fun connections for guests and employees
