We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of success in managing a hotel. This leadership role drives overall performance and guest satisfaction.

You will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability while maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations daily.

Manage and train staff to deliver high-quality service and adherence to hotel policies and procedures. Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community. Foster a collaborative team environment focused on excellence in hospitality.

Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue. Prepare and present reports to senior management on hotel performance and financials. This opportunity suits a results-driven individual ready to elevate hotel success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
