About this role

This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing power systems, including electric, water supply, and air-conditioner systems, to ensure effective and efficient branch operations. The technician plays a key part in keeping the facility running smoothly and safely.

Day-to-day tasks involve checking these systems for proper function, repairing issues such as changing light bulbs, spotlights, and faucets, and maintaining air-conditioners in good condition. Work is performed following orders or in response to breakdown areas to prepare equipment for use.

The technician also makes and accumulates documents and reports accurately to support operational readiness. They provide service to each function as directed, ensuring effective use within time constraints, and check and maintain all equipment in good condition.

Additionally, this role supports equipment disbursement at the store room to ensure necessary tools and parts are available for use. This position offers the opportunity to apply technical skills in a hospitality environment with a focus on reliability and quality.

Requirements

  • Vocational degree in a related field
  • 0-3 years of responsible experience in a related field
  • Knowledge and skill in power system maintenance: electric system, water supply system, and air-conditioner system
  • Be delicate and patient
  • Be responsible and enthusiastic

Responsibilities

  • Check electric system, water supply system, and air-conditioner system to ensure effective operations
  • Repair electric system and water supply system, including changing light bulbs, spotlights, and faucets
  • Maintain air-conditioners in good condition following orders or in response to breakdown areas
  • Make and accumulate documents and reports accurately to prepare for use
  • Provide service to each function following orders to ensure effective use within time
  • Check and maintain all equipment in good condition to prepare for use
  • Support equipment disbursement at the store room to ensure equipment is available for use
