Soho House Amsterdam, a Michelin Key-recognized venue, is part of a global community for creative people, offering a welcoming space to work, relax, and connect. We are seeking an enthusiastic Members Events Coordinator to support and coordinate member events programming and membership administration.

Day-to-day tasks include uploading member event details to the online platform, managing RSVPs and waitlists, and preparing function sheets. The coordinator ensures event rooms are properly set up for AV and F&B requirements and assists with compiling the monthly event calendar.

The role involves covering and hosting member events to ensure they run smoothly and obtain member feedback. The coordinator collaborates with the Member Events Manager and proposes creative programming ideas across art, fashion, entertainment, and culinary verticals.

This position offers the chance to contribute to high-quality member experiences within a globally recognized hospitality brand. The coordinator can develop skills in event coordination and membership management while working in an inspiring creative environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience in luxury hospitality or similar industry.
  • Team player who communicates well with all colleagues.
  • Detail oriented, with sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable covering and hosting events, with ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Upload member events details to Soho House’s online platform and manage RSVPs and waitlists.
  • Prepare detailed and clear function sheets for every member event.
  • Ensure event rooms are set up with proper AV, F&B, RSVP, and guest list arrangements.
  • Assist the Member Events Manager in organizing and updating event contracts, invoices, and partner details.
  • Assist in compiling member event information for the next month’s calendar.
  • Cover and host member events to ensure smooth operation and gather member feedback.
  • Support the team by requesting marketing collateral as needed.
  • Propose creative event programming ideas across art, fashion, entertainment, music, film, culinary, and tech verticals.
