Opened in January 2025, the property features 105 thoughtfully appointed guest rooms and suites, along with uniquely designed bunk rooms and a private house.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will greet each guest and make them feel important with a genuine welcome, checking them in and out with confidence and professionalism. You will be attentive to the entrance, ensuring the atmosphere is warm and inviting while maintaining clean and organized work areas.

You will view reservations before arrival, create guest profiles to enhance their experience, and take hotel reservations accurately and efficiently. A key part of your day involves maintaining accurate logs of guest calls for assistance or feedback and balancing shift banks with precision.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 6+ months of related experience in a hospitality, service, or retail role preferred
  • Ability to navigate, operate, and troubleshoot computer systems and software applications
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships and speak effectively before guests and groups of co-workers
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize and organize work assignments
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests and make each feel important by providing a genuine welcome
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel in a confident, professional, and personalized manner
  • Take hotel reservations accurately and efficiently and answer calls in a timely and courteous manner
  • Maintain an accurate log of guest calls for assistance or feedback and ensure completion of all items
  • Open, secure, and balance out shift banks including verification of all cash, credit card, and room charge transactions
  • Maintain accuracy with all accounting and billing procedures
  • Possess fluent knowledge of local restaurants, special events, city attractions, amenities, and directions
  • Ensure immediate response to guest comments and concerns, informing immediate supervisor and applying corrective measures when necessary
