At SH Hotels & Resorts, we believe the world is beautiful and want to keep it that way. We are searching for a warm, welcoming, articulate Night Auditor to ensure smooth operation of the overnight shift (11pm-7am) and make every guest's experience relaxing and effortless.

As a Night Auditor, you will be the first to meet our guests during the overnight hours, providing impeccable service and reflecting the brand's best self. Your role is central to maintaining the heart of the hotel, balancing front desk duties with nightly financial reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience
  • Experience in guest or customer service
  • Team player, hard worker, multi-tasker, and detail oriented
  • Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
  • Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operation of the overnight shift (11pm-7am)
  • Provide warm, welcoming, and articulate service to every guest
  • Perform nightly financial audits and reconciliation
  • Be the first point of contact for guests, reflecting the brand's best self
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries during overnight hours
  • Maintain a relaxing and effortless experience for all guests
  • Support a 24-hour operation with flexibility and attention to detail
