As a Front Desk Agent at Austria Haus in Vail, you will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests, assisting with check-in and check-out processes. You will ensure they feel comfortable and welcome while providing information about hotel services and amenities. The property is located in the heart of Vail Village.

Create memorable experiences through a warm personality and the ability to relate to both guests and team members. Respond promptly to inquiries, maintaining a personal and welcoming spirit regardless of the time or workload. Take the initiative to resolve guest and owner complaints, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members to communicate guest feedback and needs to staff and management. Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Share personal passions and knowledge of hotel services to help guests feel at home.

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in providing service to others and assisting in creating authentic travel experiences is preferred
  • Passion for serving others and creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong verbal and written English communication abilities, including legible and grammatically correct writing
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and detail-oriented service
  • Driver's license is a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus
