About this role

My Place Hotel in Jamestown, ND is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining hotel security, and completing the daily financial and operational audit processes.

Working independently during the overnight shift from 11pm to 7am, you will welcome guests, process reservations and payments, and complete the nightly audit. You will also monitor hotel safety through routine property inspections and respond professionally to guest questions and concerns.

As the hotel's overnight leader, you will take ownership of your responsibilities and prepare the property for a successful day ahead. Every team member contributes to creating a welcoming experience for our guests in a clean, comfortable, and friendly environment.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
