As General Manager, take overall responsibility for the efficient and effective operations of Novotel and Ibis Otel Gaziantep. Maximize revenue potential while maintaining cost control measures to achieve hotel objectives and budget. Provide operational and strategic direction to the hotel team.

Implement product and marketing strategies as per brand guidelines. Promote the hotel through aggressive sales, public relations, marketing, and distribution strategies. Represent Accor in all matters relating to the hotel.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years operational management experience
Strong understanding of Hotel Operations
Sales and Distribution and Revenue Management
Excellent negotiation, financial, analytical skills
Able to perform well under stress with strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and animate a team
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
