About this role

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first impression for our guests upon arrival and throughout their stay. You will build lasting impressions and gain loyal guests by handling all questions, requests and complaints promptly and courteously.

Your day-to-day involves ensuring a friendly, efficient and error-free check-in and check-out experience. You will handle continuous requests in a fast-paced environment by coordinating with other departments to meet every guest need.

You will answer questions about the local area and facilities, giving proper directions and resources to positively influence each guest's stay. Demonstrating proper phone etiquette, you will transfer calls, take messages, and make reservations.

InnVentures operates over 75 hotels in 20+ states with a culture of building teams that produce winning results. You will support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience in a guest-facing, fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology
Must be able to stand for an entire shift
Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Ensure all guests receive a friendly, efficient and error-free check-in and check-out experience
Handle continuous requests in a fast-paced environment by coordinating with other departments
Answer questions regarding the local area and facilities and give proper directions and resources
Demonstrate proper phone etiquette including transferring calls, taking messages and making reservations
Follow proper cash handling procedures and post and reconcile charges applied to guest receipts
Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments
