At Resolute Road Hospitality, we're redefining third-party hospitality management through collaboration, innovation, and excellence. The Hampton Inn & Suites in Tigard, Oregon is looking to add to our hospitality family, centrally located between Lake Oswego, Beaverton, and Portland.

As the Assistant General Manager, you'll help lead daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence. You'll oversee housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and front desk departments while ensuring compliance with brand standards and our unique culture.

You'll partner with the General Manager to set clear goals and expectations, lead by example, and create a workplace where team members feel appreciated and inspired. This role is ideal for someone who leads with integrity, thrives on being better every day, and believes we are stronger together.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of hotel operations and hospitality trends
  • Proficiency in labor analysis, financial management, and revenue strategies
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and market dynamics
  • Advanced communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Experience with brand systems preferred
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and front desk departments
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards while maintaining Resolute Road Hospitality's unique culture
  • Lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability to build a culture of service excellence and teamwork
  • Partner with the General Manager to set and communicate clear goals and expectations
  • Monitor and optimize property performance metrics, including labor and expense controls
  • Support strategic business plans to drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
  • Recruit, hire, and train top talent with a focus on culture fit and growth potential
  • Respond to guest and employee feedback with professionalism and care
