Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a General Manager, or 2+ years as General Manager over 2 or more hotels
  • Previous experience as a General Manager with a major branded hotel, demonstrating understanding of brand standards and partnerships
  • Extensive rooms and/or F&B experience to manage all aspects of hotel operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, business, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, cloud-based apps, and hotel property management systems
  • Willingness to relocate
