Execute Restaurant operations functions and act as manager on duty, opening and closing the Restaurant. Manage cash handling to ensure accountability and deploy Crewmembers effectively during shifts. Use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution and take corrective action when needed.

Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards while providing exemplary customer service to every guest. Utilize the reward and recognition program for Crewmembers and authorize functions like discounts or timeclock overrides. Ensure the cleanliness of the Restaurant and maintain the facility in good working order.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel, twist, and reach overhead or below the waist
  • Navigate stairs, move quickly, and stay on feet throughout the shift
  • Take orders accurately, process payments efficiently, and communicate clearly
  • Work safely around hot cooking equipment, cleaning supplies, and common ingredients
  • Maintain a clean, safe Restaurant while following all food safety and company procedures
  • Occasionally drive on behalf of the Company for work-related purposes
