The Operations Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence of the Restaurant. Execute Restaurant operations functions and act as manager on duty, opening and closing the Restaurant. Manage cash handling to ensure accountability and deploy Crewmembers effectively during shifts. Use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution and take corrective action when needed.

Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards while providing exemplary customer service to every guest. Utilize the reward and recognition program for Crewmembers and authorize functions like discounts or timeclock overrides. Ensure the cleanliness of the Restaurant and maintain the facility in good working order.
