In this role, you will help maintain the high standards of our 5-star resort by ensuring a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment across guest accommodation. This role typically operates between 9:00am – 2:00pm, making it ideal for those balancing school hours or looking to keep evenings free.

Requirements

Ability to safely perform repetitive manual tasks.
Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not essential.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet timeframes.
A positive, can-do attitude.
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering personalised service.
A reliable work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
Availability to work 3 or more shifts per week.

Responsibilities

Perform housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins, cleaning bathrooms, changing linen, making beds and replenishing amenities.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
Clean and sanitize guest bathrooms and fixtures.
Make beds and change linens according to resort standards.
Empty trash and replace liners in guest rooms.
Replenish guest amenities and supplies such as toiletries and coffee.
Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
