As Food & Beverages General Manager you will be the driving force behind the guest experience, operational excellence, and commercial success of the venue. Lead from the floor to inspire your team and deliver a story-driven dining experience.
Oversee all Food & Beverage operations across restaurant dining, bar service, private events, meetings and poolside experiences. Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team while fostering professionalism and genuine hospitality in a five-star international environment.
Drive revenue, manage budgets and optimize profitability while monitoring KPIs. Work closely with the Executive Chef and support marketing initiatives to establish the restaurant as a leading destination in Dubai Marina.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading Food & Beverage operations in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong track record managing revenue, budgets and KPIs in high-volume restaurant or hotel settings.
- Experience recruiting, training and developing high-performing service teams.
- Ability to maintain brand standards for service style, ambiance and guest engagement.
- Experience collaborating with culinary teams on menu development and guest experiences.
- Background in building guest relationships and supporting marketing initiatives for a destination venue.
Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver a world-class, story-driven dining experience that reflects the elegance and warmth of a Mediterranean yacht club.
- Oversee all Food & Beverage operations ensuring seamless service and flawless execution across restaurant dining, bar service, private events and poolside experiences.
- Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of professionalism and genuine hospitality.
- Act as the guardian of the restaurant’s identity ensuring service style, ambiance, music, uniforms and guest engagement align with the Mediterranean vision.
- Drive revenue, manage budgets and optimize profitability while monitoring KPIs including average spend, covers, labor efficiency and guest satisfaction scores.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure alignment between kitchen and service for menu storytelling and promotions.
- Support marketing initiatives, partnerships and events while building relationships with key guests, residents and the local community.
