Requirements

  • 6+ years experience overlooking hotel/restaurant operations
  • Passionate servant leader who strives to serve others
  • Experienced across restaurant, rooms, amenities, revenue, events, and beyond
  • Known for providing unparalleled guest experience
  • Skilled at mitigating risk and maximizing profit
  • Dedicated to understanding every guest's name and preferences
  • Enthusiastic about hands-on operations in remote environments
