Requirements
- 6+ years experience overlooking hotel/restaurant operations
- Passionate servant leader who strives to serve others
- Experienced across restaurant, rooms, amenities, revenue, events, and beyond
- Known for providing unparalleled guest experience
- Skilled at mitigating risk and maximizing profit
- Dedicated to understanding every guest's name and preferences
- Enthusiastic about hands-on operations in remote environments
- Engages local community to create memorable experiences
