Requirements

6+ years experience overlooking hotel/restaurant operations
Passionate servant leader who strives to serve others
Experienced across restaurant, rooms, amenities, revenue, events, and beyond
Known for providing unparalleled guest experience
Skilled at mitigating risk and maximizing profit
Dedicated to understanding every guest's name and preferences
Enthusiastic about hands-on operations in remote environments
Engages local community to create memorable experiences
