About this role
The General Manager PMH Complex holds overall accountability for the strategic and operational performance of Crescent Mall and the PMH Cluster. This dual role combines commercial asset leadership with operational excellence across serviced apartments, villas, and office buildings.
Daily work centers on developing business plans and annual budgets while managing P&L, controlling costs, and optimizing asset returns. The role analyzes performance metrics and oversees capital projects plus major procurement activities.
Leadership extends to coaching management teams at both Crescent Mall and the PMH Cluster. The position maintains consistent operational standards, establishes SOPs and KPIs, and ensures high levels of safety, security, hygiene, and maintenance.
Strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and service partners support leasing and marketing efforts to improve occupancy. The General Manager serves as the primary Savills representative with local authorities while handling escalated client matters professionally.
Requirements
- Experience leading strategic and financial performance for commercial real estate assets.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and optimize returns across mixed-use properties.
- Track record establishing SOPs, KPIs, and operational standards in hospitality or property management.
- Experience overseeing capital projects, refurbishments, and procurement activities.
- Strong stakeholder management with landlords, tenants, and local authorities.
- Leadership experience coaching management teams across multiple property types.
