General Manager

As a General Manager at Whataburger, you will put your professional and personal skills to work managing an entire restaurant. You will be responsible for bringing the most out of the Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members who work for you as they deliver excellence again and again to our customers.

Day to day, you will lead and inspire teams, serve up extraordinary customer service, and run excellent operations. You will manage team and budgets, coordinate scheduling, and communicate issues with leadership to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
