As the General Manager, you run the show, leading the full restaurant operation and collaborating with airport authorities. You will coach a diverse team and make decisions that drive guest experience, financial results, and team culture.

This role is for someone who wants to level up fast, take ownership, and grow in a nationwide organization. You will manage cost control, ordering, scheduling, hiring, training, and team leadership while maintaining Shake Shack brand standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years as a Quick-Service Restaurant GM required; Shake Shack GM level experience highly desirable
Strong financial and operational skills to manage high-volume environments
Ability to manage multi-priority environments with tight coordination
Experience leading diverse teams with a coaching and accountability mindset
Comfortable using POS systems, MS Office, and operational tools
A desire to grow and be promoted quickly in a nationwide organization

Responsibilities
