The Operations Manager supports the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture across all Restaurant operations. Execute Restaurant operations functions, act as manager on duty, and open and close the Restaurant. Manage cash handling to ensure accountability while enforcing policies and standards. Use tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution and take corrective action when needed.
Deploy Crewmembers during shifts, provide exemplary customer service, and utilize the reward and recognition program. Authorize employee functions like discounts and timeclock overrides. Ensure cleanliness of the Restaurant and maintain the facility in good working order.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel, twist, and reach overhead or below the waist
- Navigate stairs, move quickly, and stay on feet throughout the shift
- Take orders accurately, process payments efficiently, and communicate clearly
- Work safely around hot cooking equipment, cleaning supplies, oil, and flour
- Maintain a clean, safe Restaurant following food safety and company procedures
- Occasionally drive on behalf of the Company for work-related purposes
