We are currently searching for an Operations Manager, a unique opportunity to make an impact in an expanding area of our business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys spending time out in the field, building impact beyond the office.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a team, and developing business plans, strategies, and resource allocations. The role involves monitoring team performance, providing coaching and feedback, and analysing data to identify process improvements and cost savings.

You need to be willing to travel and work some unsociable hours, including weekends, early mornings, and late nights depending on shift patterns. These shifts are in rotation with the rest of the team, and you will be out in the field most of the time rather than in an office environment.

This role is perfect for someone who understands betting and has previous experience inside the world of betting. You will coordinate with various teams to meet company goals and keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written skills in English
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Proven experience in a leadership or operations management role
Driven by hitting targets
Excellent with numbers and balancing figures
Able to build and maintain new relationships
High attention to detail
Understanding of betting and previous experience inside the world of betting
