About this role
At Soho House, the Events Manager supports the booking, supervision and realisation of private events for members. The role acts as an ambassador for the Soho House brand while fully embracing the company ethos and supporting staff, member and guest experience.
Daily work involves coordinating event logistics such as times and equipment needs while liaising directly with the lead booker. The manager prepares health and safety plans, collates function sheets in Tripleseat, and monitors spend against client budgets before issuing final invoices.
The position works closely with the Senior Events Manager and the wider events team to deliver successful events that meet set budgets. Regular collaboration occurs with operational teams across UK Soho Houses to cross-sell spaces and align on overall targets.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm through quick problem solving under pressure
- Hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests
- Demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School
Responsibilities
- Coordinate event logistics including times, equipment needs and direct liaison with the lead booker
- Prepare health and safety plans to maintain a safe environment for all events
- Assist with budget specifications, monitor event spend and issue invoices while following up final payments
- Collate function sheets in Tripleseat and distribute to relevant operational teams
- Support the Senior Events Manager and events team to deliver events that meet set budgets
- Complete daily admin tasks such as sending function sheets and weekly packs while communicating changes
- Present events confidently to Heads of Department in weekly and daily brief meetings
- Process supplier invoices using Adaco, POSH and Handle with urgency
