Restaurant Manager

Culver's is looking for a Restaurant Manager who has a passion for the restaurant industry and a desire to serve others. Our managers oversee it all, ensuring every True Blue Crew member moves in sync and every guest leaves happy.

In this role, you will build and lead great shifts, empowering team members to grow their skillsets while maintaining a positive attitude throughout the restaurant. You will run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service, demonstrating positive and effective role modeling for the team.

As a natural leader, you will lead the team as a coach and mentor, supporting the development of a high-performing team. You will maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and safely.
