In this role, you will thoroughly clean and prepare assigned guest rooms and suites, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture. You will also replenish room amenities, handle guest laundry requests, and ensure the confidentiality and security of guest rooms, all while maintaining an immaculate environment that fosters a positive, memorable stay.

Requirements
- Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift
- Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds, as well as bend, stoop, and move continuously during the workday
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and security of guest rooms and suites
- Flexibility with work schedules to meet the hotel's 24/7 demands
- Adherence to all hotel policies, procedures, and work rules as outlined in the employee handbook
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and prepare assigned guest rooms and suites, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture
- Replenish and restock room amenities, including paper products, soap, and towels
- Maintain the cleanliness of exterior entry areas and hallways
- Restock and organize housekeeping carts daily
- Administer key control for issued keys and manage keys left by guests
- Deliver lost and found items to the Executive Housekeeper for logging and storage
- Handle guest laundry and dry-cleaning requests
- Report any unusual situations in guest rooms or suites to the Executive Housekeeper immediately
