Plan, develop, and oversee day-to-day operations across departments for smooth execution. Manage staffing functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management. Maintain strong community and guest relationships to promote loyalty and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with cleanliness, certifications, and quality control protocols. Prepare annual operating budget, revenue plan, and sales strategy to drive financial success.

Requirements

  • College degree or at least five years of related work experience in business management, hospitality or related field
  • Strong customer service skills to include problem-solving and complaint resolution
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organized
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Reliability and honesty
  • Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team

Responsibilities
