Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Guest Service Representative to join our team. We are passionate hoteliers eager to add like-minded people to our rapidly growing organization.

In this role, you will greet guests as they arrive, focusing on personal recognition, and review arrival lists daily to assist in preparing and assembling welcome amenities. You will also escort VIPs to their rooms, ensuring a warm and memorable experience from the moment they step through the door.

Requirements

Dynamic and service-oriented personality
Ability to prioritize the needs of guests and team members
Strong attention to detail for reviewing arrival lists and preparing amenities
Comfortable with technology and property management systems
Flexibility to work a part-time schedule including weekends and holidays
Previous hospitality or front desk experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Greet guests as they arrive, focusing on personal recognition
Review arrival lists daily and assist in preparing and assembling welcome amenities
Escort VIPs to their rooms and ensure a smooth check-in process
Respond to guest inquiries and requests with a service-oriented attitude
Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs accurately using the property management system
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby
Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs
