Delaware North Australia is seeking a casual Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Adelaide Airport, working in our vibrant The Pantry venue. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you'll serve food and beverages, craft quality coffee and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Flexible availability is required, including early morning shifts starting at 4am. The role offers variety, excitement and opportunities to shine in a dynamic airport setting.

Collaborate with the team to deliver seamless dining experiences across outlets like Earl Canteen, SOHO Coffee Roasters and The Pantry. Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements while assisting in set up and maintenance of dining areas. Operate in a fast-paced airport environment welcoming millions of travelers each year.

Requirements

Previous food and beverage experience in a fast-paced environment
Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Food Safety Certificate
Barista skills or coffee-making experience highly desirable
Bartender with cocktail preparation experience highly desirable
Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experience
Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
Flexible availability including early morning shifts starting at 4am

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests
Assist in the set up and maintenance of dining and service areas
Be well-versed in daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience
Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements
