Canadian Niagara Hotels, one of Canada's largest entertainment and hospitality organizations, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at the Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa. We offer a distinctive collection of world-renowned hotels just steps from the iconic Niagara Falls.

In this role, you will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout guest rooms, making beds, changing linens, and replenishing amenities. You will dust, polish, sanitize surfaces, and vacuum carpets to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable stay.

You will work collaboratively with team members and other departments, responding promptly to guest requests and reporting maintenance concerns or lost-and-found items. Our properties feature modern amenities including a rooftop pool, indoor waterpark, and full-service spas.

Requirements

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is considered an asset
Possess a warm, friendly, and guest-focused demeanor
Demonstrated passion for hospitality and serving others
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull housekeeping equipment and supplies
Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
