• 2+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
• Strong coach who can give effective feedback and grow the team every day
• Organized, deadline-oriented, and focused on driving results
• Ready to master every position in the restaurant before teaching others
• Cares about people and builds relationships with guests and team members
• Humble and eager to learn from a dynamic, growing restaurant group
• Experience managing a large team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable in the kitchen with ordering and inventory skills
