The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center, ensuring these spaces remain welcoming and functional for guests. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Good driving record clear of significant violations
  • Knowledge of the timeshare industry
  • Experience in general resort maintenance including landscaping, construction, and upkeep
  • Ability to read construction work orders and use basic tools

Responsibilities

  • Implement preventative maintenance programs for A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
  • Maintain daily upkeep including painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall, and landscaping clean-up
  • Complete maintenance calls and general upkeep of the Sales Center and Welcome Center
  • Notify manager of any issues
  • Assist guests when needed
  • Complete all other duties as requested
