The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center, ensuring these spaces remain welcoming and functional for guests. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Good driving record clear of significant violations
Knowledge of the timeshare industry
Experience in general resort maintenance including landscaping, construction, and upkeep
Ability to read construction work orders and use basic tools

Responsibilities

Implement preventative maintenance programs for A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
Maintain daily upkeep including painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall, and landscaping clean-up
Complete maintenance calls and general upkeep of the Sales Center and Welcome Center
Notify manager of any issues
Assist guests when needed
Complete all other duties as requested
