You will lead day-to-day operations of a full-service restaurant and bar, creating an energized, guest-focused culture that keeps travelers coming back. From coaching and developing a strong team to ensuring food quality and safety standards, your days will be fast-paced and varied.

Working inside Vancouver International Airport (YVR) at Romer's, you’ll partner with airport stakeholders and SSP leadership to execute brand standards. The environment is dynamic—no two days look the same—and you’ll solve problems quickly while keeping the guest experience front and center.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a full-service environment
  • Bar management experience preferred
  • Proven success leading teams in high-volume restaurants
  • Strong financial and operational skills including P&L management
  • Comfortable using POS systems, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting tools
  • Confident communicator who can work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to obtain Transport Canada clearance (5-year background check)

  • Partner with airport stakeholders and SSP leadership to execute brand standards
  • Solve problems quickly while keeping the guest experience front and center
