The Bright Hospitality Management reimagines hotel operations with a tech-forward approach to personalize guest stays and drive stellar satisfaction. They are building a portfolio of Vitality Hotels focused on health and wellness. Dayton Vitality Hotel seeks an experienced, organized, confident General Manager to lead all property aspects.

The role oversees operations across Front Office, Business Center, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Engineering. Responsibilities include maximizing efficiency and profitability while maintaining costs, budgets, and forecasts. Oversee property maintenance, appearance, and make strategic operational decisions.

Lead the operations team by translating goals on guest tracking and productivity. Create an environment of motivation, empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Understand satisfaction results to develop game plans addressing needs and strengths.

Ensure the team is resourced to exceed guest expectations and follow standards. Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm while assisting staff. Continually improve satisfaction to maximize financial performance and meet property goals.

Requirements

  • Experience managing all aspects of hotel operations and departments
  • Proven ability to control operating costs, budgets, and forecasts
  • Strong leadership to motivate teams and foster empowerment
  • Knowledge of guest satisfaction strategies and recovery plans
  • Financial acumen for profitability maximization and strategic decisions
  • Organized approach to property maintenance and appearance
  • Confidence and enthusiasm in leading hotel teams
  • Understanding of health and wellness hotel operations

Responsibilities
