Requirements

  • Leadership skills: ability to inspire and lead a team effectively
  • Financial management: exposure to managing a P&L, budgeting, or financial analysis to drive optimal performance
  • Customer service excellence: experience delivering outstanding service, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a memorable experience
  • Ability to maintain high standards across quality, safety, and food
  • Experience coaching and developing team members to achieve success
