Responsibilities

Sell and serve food and beverages safely.
Process guest bills and payments in compliance with policies and procedures.
Prepare cocktails and ensure proper beverage service.
Set up tables and ensure cleanliness of linens, silverware, and glassware.
Know the menu and explain ingredients and preparation methods to guests.
Greet guests, take accurate orders, and ensure their needs are met throughout their visit.
