About this role
You’re an experienced hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering polished, high-quality service. Ideally you come from a corporate hospitality, functions, or premium service background and understand the expectations of high-end events. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
Daily service includes plate carrying with efficient clearing, tray service for beverages and canapés, and accurate food and beverage running. You will set and reset tables to a high standard, handle basic wine service, and operate POS transactions with accuracy while following WHS and food safety standards.

Requirements
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Experience in corporate hospitality, events, bar service, or live music environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think on your feet during busy events
- Confidence working in fast-paced, high-volume settings
- Solid understanding of WHS practices and food safety standards
- Experience handling POS transactions and cash with accuracy
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to read a room and anticipate guest needs
Responsibilities
- Deliver polished, high-quality service at corporate hospitality and premium events
- Perform plate carrying (3-plate carry preferred) and efficient clearing techniques
- Provide tray service for beverages and canapés
- Set and reset tables to a high standard, with silver service experience highly regarded
- Run food and beverage orders with accurate delivery
- Handle basic wine service including opening, pouring, and etiquette
- Process POS transactions and cash with accuracy
- Coordinate with kitchen and event teams to maintain smooth service flow
